# Phone

> Calls, texts, apps and what they're for.

Press `F1`. You need the **phone item** in your inventory — every new character starts with one; stores sell replacements.

## Apps you'll use

| App              | Use                                                                             |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Phone / Messages | Calls and texts — your number is per character                                  |
| Camera / Gallery | Photos, video; share to PicChat                                                 |
| **PicChat**      | The city's Instagram. Post, follow, DM. Staff moderate it like any public space |
| **OnlyAddict**   | Creator platform — subscriptions paid in-game                                   |
| **Citizen**      | Your ID, licences, and records                                                  |
| Bank             | Balance, transfers, cards — see [Money](/guides/money)                          |
| Business Bank    | Company accounts (business owners)                                              |
| Garage           | Where your cars are — see [Vehicles](/guides/vehicles)                          |

## Signal

There are no dead zones — signal is city-wide.

  Your phone number is on your Citizen app. Give it out in character; don't post it in Discord.
